Ticket & Entry Information

• All Sales are Final: Mercy Asylum is a non-profit haunted house. All ticket sales are considered non-refundable donations. There are no exceptions, refunds, or rain checks.
• Non-Dated General Admission: Tickets and QR codes are valid for any operating date, but entry is not guaranteed.
• First-Come, First-Serve: Tickets do not reserve a specific date or time. Entry is granted until we reach capacity for that evening. To increase your chances of getting in, we highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before opening or attending on earlier production dates.
• Individual Use: Tickets are for one person only and cannot be split.

Event Policies & Code of Conduct

• Zero Tolerance: No smoking, vaping, or immature/disruptive behavior. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
• No Touching: Do not touch the actors, props, walls, or other guests at any time.
• Group Size Limit: Groups are strictly limited to a maximum of three (3) people. Larger parties will be split up. No exceptions.

• Prohibited Items: No weapons, guns, or knives of any kind. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.
• No Photography, Video, or Flashlights: The use of cameras, video recording, cell phone flashlights, or laser pointers is strictly prohibited inside the attraction.
• No Intoxication: Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry without a refund.

• Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended. Remove Masks, Please secure all loose items (phones, glasses, keys) before entering. We are not responsible for lost or damaged property.
